Article 1 — Seller Identification

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on the website https://pixelperfect.website (“the Site”) by any individual or legal entity (“the Customer”).

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other document issued by the Customer.

Article 3 — Products

Pixel Perfect offers premium WordPress themes and digital website templates designed for use with WordPress and compatible page builders.

Products are delivered digitally and include:

• Theme or template files
• Documentation (when provided)
• Access to updates during the support period (if applicable)

Features, compatibility, and specifications are described on each product page at the time of purchase.

Article 4 — Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR or USD depending on the Customer’s location. All prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on applicable tax regulations.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 5 — Ordering

5.1 Order Process

The Customer selects a product, completes checkout, and confirms the order. By validating the purchase, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.

5.2 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email is sent automatically after payment is completed. This email confirms access to the digital product.

Article 6 — Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). The Seller does not store any credit card information.

Payment is due immediately at checkout. Access to products is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

Article 7 — Delivery

All products are delivered digitally.

• Download access is provided immediately after payment.
• Files are available via customer account or direct download link.

Delivery is considered complete once access to the files has been granted.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase with the Customer’s express consent.

By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees that access to the product begins immediately and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 9 — Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with third-party plugins or configurations
• Incorrect installation or misuse of the product
• Lack of usage of the product

In the case of a proven technical issue, the Customer must contact support at contact@pixelperfect.website. Reasonable assistance will be provided.

Article 10 — License and Usage

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on websites owned or controlled by the Customer.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 — Updates and Support

Support and updates may be provided depending on the product description at the time of purchase.

The Seller reserves the right to discontinue updates for older versions at any time.

Article 12 — Intellectual Property

All products, designs, code, and content are protected by intellectual property law.

The Customer is granted usage rights only. No ownership rights are transferred.

Article 13 — Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for:

• Damage caused by improper use of the product
• Conflicts with third-party themes or plugins
• Loss of data or website malfunction
• Service interruptions beyond the Seller’s control

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.

Article 14 — Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

Article 15 — Cookies

The Site uses cookies necessary for its operation and optional cookies for analytics and performance, subject to user consent.

Article 16 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.

Article 17 — Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of purchase.
